Making a Purchase
To make a purchase just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished, check your basket to make sure you haven’t missed anything, and proceed to 'Checkout'. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We currently use PayPal to process our orders online. You do not need an account with PayPal to process your order. Once payment has been received, your order will be shipped.
Shipping Costs and Delivery
We use Royal Mail for the majority of orders. To assist our customers we try to keep shipping costs as low as possible, whilst maintaining a quality service.
Our standard delivery charges are outlined below:
Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £3-95 - 2-3 days. This is a flat rate delivery charge for standard items. During the Christmas period we will be sending most parcels by Royal Mail Tracked 24 service in order to speed their delivery. - to weight limit of 2kg.
Next Day Delivery - Up to 1 kg - £9.75. Up to 2 kg - £14. - (If ordered before 12.00 noon. Weekdays only, including delivery, excludes Bank Holidays - Courier/Royal Mail Special Delivery - to weight limit of 2kg)
All orders over £50-00 in value will be delivered free of charge Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. This offer is not available in combination with Royal Mail Special Delivery option. Please contact the store if your order total exceeds £50.00 and you require Royal Mail Special Delivery service.
PLEASE NOTE: owing to the higher delivery costs, we may have to increase the delivery charge for larger items sent to addresses within the UK. We will contact any customers to whom this applies for their approval before posting.

We will contact customers if, for some reason, there is likely to be a delay in sending your parcel to you.
Important Information - Please ensure that your delivery address details are correct when submitting your order online. In normal times orders should take no more than 5 working days to arrive (please see above for information relating to Covid - 19).
