Here at Penny Bobbin Toys and Gifts we try to provide complete satisfaction with the products we supply.  If you have any suggestions or comments please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

To Make a Purchase

After browsing through the products in our online store, add any items that you would like to purchase to the shopping bag.  When you have finished click on “Checkout” and you will be taken through the completion process.

We accept a range of payment methods – see “Checkout” for details.

All items remain the property of Penny Bobbin Toys and Gifts until such time as the sum incurred by the customer has been paid in full to Penny Bobbin Toys and Gifts.

 

Shipping

Please see the Delivery section of the store for details about shipping costs.

All goods are sent by Royal Mail unless otherwise requested.

 

Delivery Schedule

Most orders will be despatched on the same day or the following day after receiving your order.  If any longer delay is expected, we will inform you of this by email.

 

Back Orders

Unfortunately, we cannot accept back orders for out-of-stock items as we cannot guarantee when these will be available from our suppliers.  If you wish to know when an item will be back in-stock, please email us and we will do our best to supply the information.

All of our products come with a 30 day no-quibble guarantee.

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely happy with any item, please contact us with your order number and the reason for returning the product within 7 days of its receipt.  We can then advise you on how to return the item which will be replaced or refunded.  Please keep the original packaging as it will be needed to return the goods.

Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced as quickly as possible or refunded at the full price of the goods plus postage and packing.

Unless notified that the product was faulty, it must be returned in a re-saleable condition and include the original inner and outer packaging at the customer’s expense.  Unfortunately, posting and packing cannot be refunded for unsuitable or unwanted items.

Intellectual Property

All designs appertaining to the logo, marketing material and website layout of this website remain the intellectual property of Penny Bobbin Toys and Gifts.
