Here at Penny Bobbin Toys and Gifts we try to provide complete satisfaction with the products we supply. If you have any suggestions or comments please do not hesitate to contact us.
To Make a Purchase
After browsing through the products in our online store, add any items that you would like to purchase to the shopping bag. When you have finished click on “Checkout” and you will be taken through the completion process.
We accept a range of payment methods see Checkout for details.
All items remain the property of Penny Bobbin Toys and Gifts until such time as the sum incurred by the customer has been paid in full to Penny Bobbin Toys and Gifts. In order to best serve our customers we do not supply toys/gifts to other businesses, unless by prior agreement, and reserve the right to cancel any orders with full refund that we believe to be contrary to this stipulation.
Most soft toy products will be despatched with an organza gift bag and a gift tag as listed on the product page. We reserve the right to substitute an alternative gift bag and/or tag when necessary or omit these for sale items. Where omitted, these items will not be listed on the product page.

All goods are sent by Royal Mail unless otherwise requested.
Delivery Schedule
Most orders will be despatched on the same day or the following day after receiving your order. If any longer delay is expected, we will inform you of this by email.
Back Orders
Unfortunately, we cannot accept back orders for out-of-stock items as we cannot guarantee when these will be available from our suppliers. If you wish to know when an item will be back in-stock, please email us and we will do our best to supply the information.

Returns Policy
If you are not entirely happy with any item, please contact us with your order number and the reason for returning the product within 7 days of its receipt. We can then advise you on how to return the item which will be replaced or refunded. Please keep the original packaging as it will be needed to return the goods.
Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced as quickly as possible or refunded at the full price of the goods plus postage and packing.
Unless notified that the product was faulty, it must be returned in a re-saleable condition and include the original inner and outer packaging at the customer’s expense. Unfortunately, posting and packing cannot be refunded for unsuitable or unwanted items.
Discount/Coupon Codes
From time-to-time we may issue a discount or coupon code to be used at checkout to secure a discounted price or free delivery. PLEASE NOTE: These codes are only promoted and accessed through our own website or our social media pages. They are NEVER promoted, accessed or authorized through 3rd party websites.
